Or at least find someone or beg your better half to bake these for you ( and them of course).
I really love ginger cookies and once upon a time ( sounds like a movie eh) I had the fortune to sample some ginger cookies in of all places the south west deserts of Texas these cookies were just divine. They were provided by a fellow climber from the UK who had brought these cookies at Marks & Spencer! Now a minor miracle has happened Clotilde the author of Chocolate and Zucchini has replicated the recipe. And if she says she has then that’s good enough for me!
